Private Fund Assets Are Guaranteed.

The assets of the Private Fund are not subject to the following procedures even in case of public claims:

• Seizure
• Lien
• Injunction
• Bankruptcy estate
• Even if the creditors/debtors of the fund, its founder and manager are the same, their claims and assets cannot be subject to settlement.
