Founded in 2012, Tacirler Asset Management is a subsidiary of Tacirler Investment, which has a robust capital structure as one of the well-established investment companies operating in the Capital Markets since its foundation in 1991.
Tacirler Asset Management is a fully-independent, comprehensive portfolio management company providing professional portfolio management services by building long-term, trust-based and sustainable relationships with its corporate and individual qualified investors through its management staff having over 20 years of market experience. In addition to its range of products consisting of hedge, pension, alternative and mutual funds, which are subject to the regulations of the Capital Markets Board, it provides tailor-made portfolio management and private fund establishment services to its qualified investors.
Tacirler Asset Management aims to provide efficient portfolio management services with high returns adjusted according to the risks. While achieving this purpose, it gives priority to building long-term, trust-based relationships with its clients, and strives to provide solutions that fulfill the needs of its clients

Ufuk Ümit ONBAŞI - General Manager
He started his career as an assistant privateist at T. İş Bankası in 1991. He had worked in the treasury departments of İş Bankası, Körfezbank and Kapital Bank until 2000. Between 2000 and 2015, he served as Assistant General Manager at İş Yatırım and as a member of the Board of Directors at various subsidiaries. Between 2015 and 2023, he served as a senior manager at various intermediary organizations and portfolio management companies. He joined Tacirler Asset Management as General Manager in 2023. He has 30+ years of experience in the sector.
Mahmut Burak ÖZTUNÇ- Assistant General Manager
He started his career as a stock analyst at Yatırımbank A.Ş. in 1994. Between 1998 and 2023, he served as an analyst, portfolio manager and director mostly in the equity assets class at the TEB Group. He managed the equity funds of BNP Paribas in Turkey between 2011 and 2023. In 2023, he joined Tacirler Asset Management as the director in charge of Private Portfolio Management. He has 25+ years of experience in the sector.
Ö. Burak ALTINSAÇ - Assistant General Manager
In 1997, he started his career as MT at Garanti Bank. Between 2000 and 2006, he worked as a director in the Marketing and Sales Department of Garanti Portfolio Management, as a Sales and Marketing Manager at Fortis Portfolio Management (Fortis Investments) between 2006 and 2011, and as a Marketing Manager at TEB Portfolio Management after its merger in 2011. After serving as Marketing and Corporate Communications Director at Halk Investment between 2012 and 2017, he joined Tacirler Asset Management Management as Sales and Marketing Director in 2017. He has 25 years of experience in the sector.
Ünlü Emre COŞKUN – Deputy General Manager
Graduated from Sabancı University's Economics program, he began his professional career in 2013 as a Treasury Sales Analyst at Royal Bank of Scotland Plc. He worked in the Turkish Lira desk as a middle office and trader, and in 2017, he joined Nurol Investment Bank in the Treasury and Business Development department. During this period, he managed projects such as treasury operations, bond issuance, establishment of Portfolio and Asset Management Companies, and the setup of a bank subject to European regulations. From 2021 to 2024, he served as the founding General Manager of Nurol Portfolio, Deputy General Manager of Allbatross Portfolio, and held board memberships at various institutions. In 2024, he joined Tacirler Portfolio as Deputy General Manager. He has over 10 years of experience in the industry.
